1. A copy of your VALID Goverment issued Photo ID. (PERTH LOCALS: You can blank out your address however, ALL other details MUST be visible (Name, DOB, ID #)

INTERNATIONAL: FMTY, TOURS, TRAVEL

1. A copy of your VALID Government issued Photo ID.

2. A selfie of you HOLDING the same photo ID. (your face MUST be visible)

3. Employment Information: This must be verifiable.

The more information you provide, the quicker the booking process can be. If you do not add sufficient information to your booking form, I will assume your booking is incomplete and may not reply. The phone number on your booking MUST be a carrier phone number and cannot be a burner/voiP call number.

• Your ID is NOT stored !!! It is kept only until our full booking is completed then it is safely discarded. 

• It should be noted after 17 years in the industry I can GUARANTEE you… Your privacy is as important as mine is, I value my clients and our bubble Is ours alone. Im here to take you away from real life for a few hours, I have no intention of invading your real life! Your ID is used for safety reasons NOTHING more.
