DEPOSIT POLICY

Deposits are a sign of respect for my time and your commitment to your booking.

Your deposit for your booking is to be made within 6 hours of recieving your confirmation. If you have not done so, your booking will be removed and opened up for booking again.

ALL deposits are considered NON-REFUNDABLE Unless otherwise offered by myself. However, if I have to cancel for any unforeseen reason you WILL receive the option for a FULL refund or to transfer your deposit to another booking time.

A $100 deposit is required to secure your booking.

TOURS WITHIN AUSTRALIA

A $100 deposit is required to secure your booking.

INTERNATIONAL TOURS & FMTY:

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.

• Youpay does not require a message, however I will require PROOF of payment (Screenshot) of your deposit details.

MORE than 48 hours notice: Your deposit can be transferred to a new available time ONCE… within ONE month.

LESS than 48 hours notice/No Shows: Your deposit will be forfeited. If you choose to book in the future you will be required to pay 100% of the fee upfront.

TOURS & TRAVEL

ALL deposits for tours and while travelling are Non- Refundable unless I cancel due to unforeseen circumstances.I cannot guarantee a transfer to another time as it is limited on tours & while travelling.

FMTY (FLY ME TO YOU)

MORE than 1 week notice: Your deposit can be transferred to another date only. Minus any expenses that cannot be refunded. If you choose to re-schedule all new expense will be you’re to cover.

LESS than 1 week notice: Full payment for my time will be required Minus the deposit already paid. If you choose to book again in the future you will be required to pay a new deposit and cover all new expenses.
